Orange Dreamcicle Smoothie
This is a great refreshing summer time smoothie. Use as a meal replacement or after a hard summer work out to replenish electrolytes and soothe achy muscles.
I have 2 versions of this smoothie. A quick on the go option and the second if you have more time and a blender
Quick Orange Dreamcicle Smoothie
- 8 oz coconut almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 heaping teaspoons of Orange Shaklee Performance
- 2 scoops Shaklee Vanilla Protein (either 180, Energizing soy or Vitalizing protein)
- Mix in a shaker cup or mason jar
If you have a blender or NutriBullet
- Add… a 1/2 to whole frozen banana (sliced and put in freezer the night before)
This will make smoothie thicker and add some more calories if needed.
